KEEP CHILDREN SAFE

If a person loses the right to parent their child (ren), due to drugs or abuse they should have to maintain therapy, drug and/or abuse classes. Maintain clean drug test by blood, urine, and hair folicual. Pay for visitation at a supervised visitation center where they will be aloud two hours of visitation in a room with cameras and one way windows to see in, if they should miss three visits they lose all rights to their child (ren).

If a child(ren) is forced by law to visit a parent whom has abused them, then they should have a right to choose if they want to see that parent after they have completed any visit where they felt uncomfortable or unsafe with said parent.

If a police officer is sent to do a wellness check on child(ren), then that officer has the rights to protect the child(ren) should the officer feel that the children should be protected.

I am doing this for all 50 United States to review their Child Protection Laws and make changes. I am doing this because it is also close to my heart and children should not be put in uncomfortable situations where they are in fear for their lives.
