Demand Mark Zuckerberg to get Live reps for Facebook Customer Service

I have been having issues resolving problems on Facebook because the help section is very vague about certain issues or don't give enough information. I have had troubles with billing and troubles resolving credit card issues etc. I have now been locked out of my account and the support email is not much help at all...I've sent documentation they have asked for and still have heard nothing back now I'm in Log in limbo and my associates, business partners and family cannot get a hold of me as I do most of my networking via Facebook. This is becoming a problem. With all those billions of dollars Facebook generates you would think some of the profits would be used to have better customer service. Its easy for Facebook to contact you but very near impossible to contact them when needed. This must change.
