Enabling Self-Employed Parents to Contribute to EI and Access Benefits

Most of the self-employed parents are not getting access to EI benefits for their Sickness, Maternity, Parental and Compassionate care leave. This is issue aroused because they are unable to contribute to EI.
To respect the human rights and provide justice for all, especially for the self-employed Canadian workers, we must take action to protect their rights. Enabling them to contribute to EI will help them access not only maternity and parental benefits, but also sickness, and compassionate care benefits.
We would request the Federal Government to take action on this very important issue at their earliest. All the people who have compassion for humanity are invited to sign a petition for this cause.
