“Demand an END to Nestle Workplace Disparity & Training Issues”

    We the employees of Nestle have too long listened to the company response to our grievances/concerns be about “business needs” when it comes to training, seniority, overtime distribution, favoritisms, and work disparity! We are tired of the same issues occurring with different effects on someone new every week with the same company response of either “business needs” or just fixing the issue for the moment only for the same issues to keep occurring! We DEMAND an END to the issues, BETTER communication with employees, and a company wide forum where employees are able to discuss their concerns to ALL of management, and VOICE their suggestions for fixing these issues! If employee suggestions are within reason and for a better work environment WE DEMAND the company to implement and improve upon the issues pending discussions with our Union representation!

    Our ultimate goal is to collectively let Nestle know we want these things addressed, we stand together, that we just want to be happy to come to work....rather than the continuous cycle of employee morale slipping further and further from reaching a peaceful balance.
