Toyota recently released a Warranty Enhancement program for their vehicles in the USA that will fix any issues with cars consuming too much oil. When I tried to contact Toyota Canada about this they would avoid my questions and basically state that because my car was built in the USA for Canada, even though both cars use the exact same engine, the 2.4L 2AZ-FE engine.
If you are a resident of Canada and have experienced oil burning in your Toyota, or have had to pay to get the engine rebuilt to fix the issue, then please sign this petition, once I get enough names i will present this information to Toyota Canada and will show them that the "Canadian" versions of their cars have the exact same issue as the "American" versions.
