On Tuesday, May 28th an issue occurred at the local (Grand Haven, MI) Wendy's, a man and his girlfriend came through the drive-through ordering one sandwich. They paid and received their meal, they began complaining saying it was made wrong. The staff remade it for them and replaced their order, seconds later they had another issue. They were missing a sandwhich, and on their recipet, the computer system, and the headset where the order was placed there is no mention of a second sandwhich. The woman at the window informed them that they didn't order a second sandwhich and it'd be another $1.95 for the sandwhich they wanted. The girlfriend threatened the staff that she was going to go through the drive-through window and beat the manager yelling racist slurs and calling them horrible names, not even a minute later they parked and stormed in screaming at the staff that they wanted a refund. Two of the managers (the ladies in question) asked them to leave, they refused so the ladies forced them out quickly after calling 911. While on the phone the woman tried to trip the manger and attempted to beat on her, quickly the police arrived on scene and told the staff to remake their food. The cops didn't care about the threats, and the man had begun to record the incident after the two managers forced him out. He posted the video to the Grand Haven Informed Facebook and now those two managers who are very kind people mind you, are facing the fact they might be fired because of this scam. This man is a convict whose been arrested for burglary, and now because of him, two managers are facing issues with Wendy's corperation and are at risk of being fired.
