Keep Darboy's Roads Black Top not Black Slag

Up until now, the residential roads in the Village of Harrison that have curb and gutter have been paved with asphalt. Now, this “messy procedure” (which is usually used in rural areas, where the homes have ditches with gravel or asphalt driveways) will be used on our roads. The subdivision will no longer look cohesive and there is a high probability of damage to our driveways, garage floors and the interior of homes will be extensive! The Village Board has indicated that they will NOT be liable for any damage to our property!

We are asking that all residents affected by this decision PLEASE attend the Village Board meeting on Tuesday, June 28 at 7:00 pm to express your concerns and learn about the other options available.
