Demand an end to unethical/Predatory withholding of College Transcripts

Colleges are now allowed to Withhold a students transcripts for financial issues on current terms, regardless of the negligence of the predatory college. It should be illegal for Colleges to deny a student a transcript of credits that the college has already been paid for. This tactic is a unethical and predatory action against students, whom already have little to no rights or proctections.
