Explanation required for Skibbereen to understand plastic factory permission

Cork County Council has given permission for a plastic factory to be built in Poundlick, (on the Baltimore road, not far from the nursing home). Very few of us had heard of this plan. We believe the town needs to understand what all is involved in this factory operation.
Therefore, we are requesting a town hall meeting with the appropriate Council members attending so that our questions will be answered.
