Demand Sentence Reform for Drug Offenders

I have an issue with the amount of time given to ANY offender of drug laws and or policy. It is crippling the men therefore creating a structure of mental health havoc, and leave families in a cycle of abuse and abandonment. My goal is to attack the repeat offender issue head on and help the government to understand that the of time given to drug offenders is not only ineffective but completely inhumane and unnecessary.
