321 Stop Bullying surveillence camera /phone monitored app

Improve education in failing schools by getting the parents /guardians directly involved through technology.Its been proven that lack of parent participation in poverty-stricken areas is the reason why kids are failing. Secondly, classroom disruption (bullying) increases the drop-out rate, gang involvement, drug usage, violence and suicide.
My plan will cost the state less money while preventing drop-out.

This is a small and simple way to help save our children, Parents please contat me for more information. This will not only help our children but, it will benefit the teahers and adminstration.
