WE DEMAND YOU LEAVE OUR WATER ALONE!

We, the signers of this petition, DEMAND that Kilmarnock Town Council NOT raise our water/sewer rates OR taxes to make up for any shortfall in revenue. The Town of Kilmarnock enacted the meals tax decades ago for that specific purpose. You are our elected representatives, not our leaders so we direct you NOT to raise our fees!
