On January 1, 2019 a bipartisan bill SB 1437 was signed into law by former Governor Jerry Brown this law raises the burden of proof The prosecutors throughout the state of California prosecutors are claiming that SB 1437 is unconstitutional and I denying the petitions for resentencing SB 1437 is constitution and it is the law please sign the petition to let them now that we are watching and we will use our voices to be heard it is the law and they should'Abide by the (LAW)
