Please help keep a CONFESSED child molester and murderer in jail

The US and PA Supreme Courts recently ruled ‘Life without possibility of parole’ could only be handed in “extremely rare circumstances” for minors – requiring old cases be re-sentenced. John V. Waters (PA-CDC#: AK8345) – a CONFESSED child molester and murder – was convicted of first degree (pre meditated) murder and involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, will be re-sentenced 11/13/17 and could go free soon after.

This predator confessed that, on October 14, 1981, he molested then murdered 11 year old Steven Turner because the victim threatened to “tell his parents”. The 5’8” 152 pound Waters didn’t simply murder the 4’9”, 80 pound sixth grader. The autopsy – which indicated sperm was present in the victim’s mouth – revealed Steve died from multiple head injuries and sustained a massive skull fracture from blows to his head; a jaw broken completely through on both sides of his face; stab wounds to the back of the neck and chest. This animal wanted to ensure Steve was dead, so he sliced Steve’s wrists and stabbed him in the neck so viciously the knife handle broke off and left the blade in the victim’s neck.

Due to the extremely heinous, violent and sexual nature of his crimes - we, the undersigned - STRONGLY OPPOSE the Sexual Predator John V. Waters being paroled OR re-sentenced to anything less than life without the possibility of parole.
