concerned citizens want to harden the grid! the threats are real. 1.loss of nationwide operations.a. affecting businesses,industrial and health institutions. b. transportation standstill. c. paralyzing all military strikeforces. d. food distribution- halted.
Since Microgrids and Energy Storage measures are more productive, legislation
could be looked at from this easier solution.
