Keep San Onofre Reactors Turned Off

In March CPUC decided both the nuclear reactors at San Onofre California were not necessary to provide for power this summer. Southern California Edison has been working behind the scenes to reopen the second reactor at least 70%. Nuclear Regulatory Commission or NRC has the power to decomission these reactors. There is evidence that repairs are not complete and earthquakes and fracking could lead to major enviromental consequences such as experienced in Japan. Please let Governor Jerry Brown,Southern California Edison, Senators Boxer and Feinstein, and the NRC know we want our children and grandchildren to have a livable southwest United States.
