Pet rules to enforce leashing and carrying dogs

The new suggested rule in the pet section on page seven, rule #2, line 5 of your draft copy states that "Once in the lower garage(s) and/or parking lot, the pet may be set down and walked out on their leash.
We respectively request that the words "lower garages" be deleted and to allow only the words "parking lot".

The ruling today requires the pet to be carried off the Pdm's property entirely. (See #4)
If dogs are allowed to be set down outside the elevators, a potential confrontation of a dog about to enter the elevator or even a resident could create a problem.
