Stop events and staging events in a residental neighborhoods

Individuals in a residential neighborhood staging events out of a house causing way too much traffic and taking all parking in the neighborhood for their own personal gains. With these events it causes too much overnight staying using all parking in neighborhoods leaving nothing for the other residents.
