Three Mobile: give customers the best deal possible

Have you got a fair deal from a highstreet phone shop? If so, you are in the minority. Research from Citizens Advice has revealed that last year mobile phone sales staff recommended, on average, tariffs that were a staggering 130% more expensive than necessary. This extra expense adds up to around £300 across a two-year contract.

Please sign this petition to ask phone giant Three Mobile to lead the way for highstreet phone shops, by committing to the best possible deal based on an honest appraisal of each customer's needs.

Many customers are starting to switch to cheaper alternatives, but others still need or prefer the personal touch of a highstreet provider. Companies like Three provide excellent service in many ways. But those of us who do stick with highstreet shops need to be able to trust the staff we go to for advice.
