Let's build a Dog Park !

I want to create a proposal for a dog park in ellwood city ! Part of building this dream into a reality is a petition so please sign ! I would love a place to socialize with other dog lovers while my dog is having some supervised fun off leash. Currently the closest dog parks are Brady's run or cranberry.
