Allow Fred to visit family

It has been over 12 years since Fred has seen his family. Because of being in the wrong place and after 42 years of being a legal permanent resident, he was deported to Canada from USA. The entire case has so many inconsistencies it it frightening at what the law can do to destroy our life. The lawyer representing him failed so terribly because when representing permanent residents, the rules are differnet than other ciminal cases; this was never taken into consideration although it is documentaed all on Fred's paper work he was born in Canada. Help us make our request to the  government to re-open the case and allow him to go to Tampa,Florida for a visit to see his family.
