Make Indiana's animal rescues accountable

Here in Indiana, there are several so called animal rescues that are merely fronts for the resale of animals and are severly lacking when it come to humane care of the animals taken in. If you believe that animal rescues should be regulated and liscenced and should be held accountable for proper care and  placement , sign here.
