A proposed change to Marymount"s Spring PUD, has been submitted by Huddleston-Steele for applicants, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff and Sherris Brown to use the Marymount Mansion as Tavern and event venue. We are apposed to the use of this mansion as a Tavern. We are apposed to operating a Tavern on this property due to the fact that such a propose use will harm the property values of homes in the area. Homes that are in close proximity to the Tavern will experience a decline in property value making resale difficult. In addition, Rucker Road despite its small expansion is very narrow and I am concerned about drunk drivers on this road I am asking that this change be denied and or the applicants withdraw their requests to included a Tavern on the premise. As a homeowner and realtor in the area, I am seeking signatures of like minded homeowners that are concerned about their property values if this PUD change is approved. I ask that you please consider signing this petition to say no to open a Tavern at the Marymount Mansion. We know that redevelopment of this property is going to happen. What do you want to see in place of a tavern?
