Remove our General Manager Virginia Commack and Council members

Because she is holding finanacial funds from the members, selecting her council, without legal elections, She hires only friends and family, never post positions for everyone to have a chance to apply, we are constantly running out of fuel. We the members of Ambler believes she is mis mananging federal funds that are granted to the tribe. She adds members and takes members out of the tribe on how she feels of a specific person. without holding a meeting and having a vote on any decision. She picked her own husband to represent Ambler for Maniilaq and never had anyone had a chance to run for it.Our constitution has never been signed.
