This is unjustified and discrimination.

I am very upset with South Dakota for sentencing a man to death for being gay. He as found guilty of murder and could have served life without parole but because of his sexual orientation they decided "he would like that too much being a gay man and death would be a better solution" YES, he is a murderer but I think life without parole in prison is what he should be sentenced. You're sexual orientation shouldn't be a death penalty.
