Force CRTC to Adhere to the PRIVACY ACT and backoff Netflix and Youtube!

The Canadian government forces private businesses to adhere to the Privacy Act in order to protect individuals information from unscrupulous people and businesses. It is only to allow access to an individual's information with express permission from that individual. I DO NOT GIVE ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION TO THE CRTC AND RETAIN MY RIGHT TO SUE THE CRTC IF IT OBTAINS MY INFORMATION WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
