Make our parks smoke free for our children!

Our kids play baseball at Fuls road park in New Lebanon Oh. where parents and volunteers smoke around our children while they play and refuse to walk away.
Second hand smoke is dangerous and shouldn't be around children. Asking these parents and volunteers to please walk away from the kids has turned into conflict and they refuse
So I'm asking to either have a designated area for smokers at the park or have it a smoke free environment for our children
