Support For the Islamic Life Center at 141 and Shelborne Road

This petition is to support the building of The Islamic Life Center in Carmel, Indiana. This would be the first Islamic Center in the City of Carmel. The purpose behind the Islamic Life Center is to provide place of worship for Muslims and add value to the greater society through interfaith and civic engagements. The Muslim community in Carmel has been a vital piece of the fabric of Carmel and deserves to have a place of worship and congregation.

Dear Friends,

The Al Salam Foundation has received approval for a special use permit to build the Islamic Life Center in Carmel, IN. This could not have been possible without the outpouring of support from YOU, and we are truly humbled.
The ILC will truly be a place of community, and we are excited for the ILC to join Carmel's multi-faith landscape, to continue our tradition of philanthropic and interfaith service while building bridges with our neighbors.

This Monday at 6:00pm at the Palladium Performing Arts Center [355 City Center Drive], Carmel’s zoning board is finally voting on if our permit to build a mosque. We need your support now more than ever.

Please join us on Monday and bring someone with you. Make sure to wear a white shirt to show your support of the mosque.
