Uber and Lyft should provide electric chargers for their EV drivers

Uber and Lyft drivers continually hog EVgo DC Fast chargers across the Bay Area (Whole Foods, Public Market etc), making it difficult for citizens that own electric vehicles to access chargers. Uber and Lyft should provide private rapid chargers for their drivers, and they should not be able to access public EVgo or similar charging networks.
