this case im targetting film industry. In India, nowadays many people who are born talented are being rejected by the officials because they are not insiders. By insiders i mean the children of actor are given more priorty even when their films suck. Thus many people are getting kicked out because they dont have a godfather or they were commonaires before. Due to this reason, one of the best actors in indian film industry who noone paid attention to before just because he was an outsider commited suicide because of this. He was kicked out of many films. He was a star and a gentleman who doesnt deserve to die like this. All want is to prevent napotism and stop being partial to star kids. their films are usually flop. And now since people not only in india but around the world got its attention its time to take an appropriate step based on this.
