ESL changing the payout center to America allowing young player like myslef to be in pro leauge

ESL payouts are in Germany and the laws there make it illegal for people under 18 to play in pro leauge. Many great players at video games are under 18 and cant play in the pro leauge community. Many players dont care about the money and just want the competition. The solution to this is to move the payouts from Germany to America. This would attract many new players and have the community grow massively. I beleive this change would overall help ESL a great amount.
