RFU should allow London Welsh promotion to the premiership next season.

Despite an excellent season London Welsh RFC have been denied promotion to the premiership by the RFU. Newcastle Falcons had a shocking season and finished bottom of the table, but will now remain in the premiership.
The grounds given by the RFU for denying London Welsh RFU promotion relate ground sharing as the rules state that "a club must demonstrate that they can host home fixtures at the time stipulated by Premiership Rugby and/or the host broadcaster."
Now correct me if I'm wrong but there are several clubs already in the premiership which have this very same issue and I don't see them getting relegated.
