Extremely Dangerous Entrance/Exit at Kove Estate, Route 415 - Osteen, FL

With the completion of the upgraded Route 415 there clearly was no safety consideration for exiting and entering to the Kove Estates (an over age 55 community). Since the completion of the 415 upgrade speed limits have not been enforced but more importantly our older community citizens fear that each time they come in or leave the Kove Estates they are TAKING THEIR LIVES INTO THERE OWN HANDS.
We the citizens of the Kove Estates STRONGLY feel that after several pleas (to both Valousia County and the Florida Department of Transportation) and the fact that there has been no relief, correction or even attempts to make this area safe.
We the citizens of the Kove Estates want to be on record that both the County of State has taken no action nor have they made any attempts to provide safety to our community.
