Demand an end to punishing people who feed feral cats.

    People who feed feral cats should not be punished for doing so as they are following their hearts. Many persons love animals and hate so see any of God’s creatures go hungry. Do not punished people for feeding feral cats if they are involved in a Trap, Neuter, and Release (TNR) program. These feral cats have been fixed so they can not have any more litters, and over time there will be no more cats in these colonies.
