Stop Texas from being a "Mother State"

Father's should be able to get custody of their children in Texas. To many fathers are left seeing their children left around people the mother wants. To many mothers are in a relationship with felons, drug addicts, and many more. The fathers that want their children and know they can provide for the children should be able to have their children. With this petition, I will fight to help fathers around Texas. We need to stand up and make Texas a equal state between both parents.
