"Demand that employers give paid, Materaty Leave, Now!"

    Companies are claiming they are responsible for a female employees pregnancy. Thus, they should be held accountable to have to pay Maternaty Leave. So women fear of losing their jobs because having to choose between family and work. Businesses should be given some type of incentives to giving their female employees maternaty leave.
