Stop the city from building a new welcome sign on south center street

Building a welcome to battle creek sign on center street will cause large snow drifts on a street the hardly maintain. Making it hazardous for the people living on that street. And also for businesses on that street. They could put there sign west of town farther out. Or in the center of yhe two Hiways coming into town. If it is put on center street it will cause large snow drifts and blind spots for people trying to cross the Hiway. The city needs to use these money to take care if there cementarys and there streets. Which are not being mowed or maintained. Center street hasn't had gravel for years. And is a city street.
