Allow Jorge Garcia to come back to the United States

Read in CNN today where Jorge Garcia has lived in the United States since the age of 10. Now 39 years old a landscaper who provides for his family no criminal record and has proven himself as a modeled citizen he is now being deported back to Mexico separated from wife and children. I understand we want to protect our borders however better judgement should be utilized in cases such as this.
