Bring Self Defense Laws to Nebraska!

In Nebraska, you are only allowed to use self defense in the case of deadly force. This is not self defense it is deadly force, My thoughts are, you should be able to hit someone back if they hit you. In Nebraska, this is not the case. My thoughts are, If you are an American Citizen, you should have the right to defend yourself instead of killing the attacker. I am angered by this. Are you with me?
