For all you Healthcare workers out there that are forced to sign with a union--Are you aware that the union dues that you pay are based on a percentage of your gross earnings? The more you make - the more they take!!!
Anyone that has as a union, must be informed that the union dictates what the uniform raises will be? With no exception from one individual to the other? That is correct. They have a set standard on raises, and they do not view any of us as individuals!!! We are all just a head count!!
With all this being said, after you have worked at any Healthcare providers agency for a year we All will receive a mere $.05 - $.10 raise!!! What an insult!
For as hard as all of us individual human beings work, both physically and emotionally exhausted some days, right? So, don't you believe you deserve more?
If it will be the more we make the more They take....let's try to pool together and make it more worthwhile!!
