Although the news in our country does not show the violence and poverty side of what is happening in Mexico many illegals are taking the chance to come here to be able to help in caring for sick, elderly, or poverty stricken family memebers. The Mexican government is corrupt and there is so much violence in the streets of Mexico along with women disappearing without a trace. Things are not at all good in Mexico and our government needs to stop breaking up families by deporting parents that are here illegally and putting those children born here in the foster care system. These are people we are talking about with feelings, hopes and real emotions and dreams. Let's treat them humanely and help them stay in the counrty they have called "home" for such a long time! The price to get papers costs thousands of dollars and because this is not feasible for most of the impoverished Mexican people there only hope to help their family is to risk crossing that border to save lives and send money back home. Think about it and if you get a chance visit places in Mexico like Zacatecas where they do not even have inside plumbing or toilets. Many small towns are like this but people just think about the resort areas like Cancun or Cozumel. The reality of the lives of many Mexicans is about as sad as Africa's starving children. Please ask our government to help these people and families that are here to become citizens and allow the parents to stay and raise their children. Together We Can! God created us all and not one of us chose our nationality or race... Suppose we were born in impoversihed Mexico where there are only 2 classes of people The rich upper class and the poor lower class, and you were born in the poor lower class. Wouldn't you do all you could do to survive by taking that risk to cross that border to help your family survive? If you answered yes to this and if there is one ounce of compassion plese sign the petition to ask our Government and President Obama to give amnest to those who have clean non-violent riminal records and allow them to stay with the rest of their family members including children with both parents...
