The personal information is to provide context and show some of the abuses I have survived over the last 9 years the information links within the document give valuable information about what and how this happens and the tragic consequences of restraining order abuse there are over 250000 active restraining orders in California alone. much work needs to be done to protect the parties that get caught in this whirlwind. The restraining order process and enforcement is harming America and will make us non- competitive in the global economy as we have highest rate of incarceration in the world and these tactics and the accompanying tactics described in the dissertation show how Nazi tactics work. Do you think that the majority of German citizens had any idea what Hitler was getting them into? These policies are threatening the health, Safety, and Welfare on all Americans and many disappearances and deaths have occurred.
