Carla Stickler for full-time Elphaba in Wicked

Carla Stickler is a seriously amazing performer who deserves to become the full-time Elphaba in broadway's Wicked. She already has a growing fanbase, and has the chops to easily become the forerunner for the lead if those in charge actually give her the chance. Her passion and beautiful voice make her performances truly inspiring and believable. Right now, she's the understudy. Please, if you've never heard or seen her, go to youtube.
