With the rising cost of living in the Bay Area, Campbell Union High School District Teachers are working harder than ever and making less year after year. CUHSD teachers are making the tough decisions to leave the students they love for a livable wage.

Our students deserve to have the same quality teachers as other districts, yet CUHSD spends a smaller percentage of their total budget on teachers than any comparable district. This shows that they do not value attracting and retaining quality teachers

CUHSD management has stuffed away nearly 20 million dollars for a "rainy day", money that could go to the classroom and to our students.
