Rename Coquillard Park "John Swoveland Jr Memorial Park"

On April 9th, 2014, 2 year old John Swoveland Jr. lost his life to a stray bullet from rival gangs fighting at Coquillard Park while playing in his front yard.  

Although the suspects have been apprehended, we propose that the name of the park where the bullet originated be changed to honor the memory of this young innocent child.  

We feel that by changing the name, the community will forever remember this child and the senseless crime that ended his life.  We are a small community where one life makes a difference to all of us, particularly the life of a child.
