Big corporations have to much power

HireRight has to much power in back ground checks as well as saying what prescription you can take and be safe . This company has reported false and out dated reports as well as making it imposable to get a good job if a Doctor says you are safe they want to make you get a Doctor say that you are not a safety risk . No Doctor will put there license and practice in jepordy . This cooperation is in violation of DOT per 49 CFR part 40 . They have been employed by company's to do all background and drug test results. HireRight has cost may people jobs due to having to much power . Please help me raise awareness of the 16 and counting civil suits against this cooperation. They not only robbed me of a job they said I failed a drug test for a persciption drug that I have and have had for 10 years no accidents or tickets now they are GOD over Class A CDLs .
