Rebuild our playground

The playground on the corner of Ayer and Washington Streets is in a sad state. As more children move into the area, they need to have a place they can go that they can safely play. As the town does not have much in the way of funds to make it better, we propose starting an organization that will fund raise private funds from the surrounding neighborhoods, maybe matched by grants or public funds. However, as it is on public land, we need permission start the process going.
