Delethalize the Police!!!!

To many people have died at the hands of police. It is not their job to be judge jury and executioner. I saw we make it standard for all police to use nonlethal weapons (tasers, rubber bullets, beanbags, ect) unless absolutely necessary. Just the first clip being nonlethal would stop any "accidental" murders at the hands of police. So at that point for anyone to be lethally shot buy law enforcement not only would they have to fired multiple nonlethal warning shots but actually reload the lethal ammo. this means anyone killed by police would be in self defence or blatant murder.
