Request that referee John Higgins be removed from his position as an NCAA official!

It's been proven on more than one occasion that referee John higgins isn't capable of performing his duty unbiased as an official . We request that the NCAA review not only the Kentucky vs North Carolina game but other games that he has officiated as well. All officials should be unbiased when calling a game, regardless of who is playing. We request that the NCAA take appropriate action so that history doesn't repeat itself. Thank you!
