Petition to replace HOA Management Company Heywood Management

Marcus Klingler the manager of Heywood Management is also the owner of our contracted landscape company Turf and Trees. This clearly is a conflict of interest. The residents needs and wants are not a priority. Lining his pocket book with needless landscape projects are happening all over the community. Hundreds and bushes and established trees are being needlesly hacked down and replaced with saplings and new shrubbery. Our community is called the gardens, it has lost much of its garden atmosphere and is costing us a pretty penny. We are gathering votes to fire the existing HOA management company Heywood Management and hire a company that has no personal gain in managing our neighborhood.
